5.Nothing contained in the Forum or its programs, instructions and guides shall be deemed as a professional treatment and the Forum is not responsible for any issues, problems, regressions or concerns arising out of or in relation to your use of the Forum.

 6.The Forum hereby disclaims to the fullest extent permitted by the laws of your domicile jurisdiction, and you hereby irrevocably and unconditionally waive all and any claims that you now have or may have in the future to the Forum relating to your participation in the Forum and use of its content. You further agree that where such waiver will be found unenforceable, the maximum extent of liabilities of the Forum shall not exceed the total
amount of fees paid by you to the Forum during any given 12 months period.
